Ingredients
- 4 chilli pepper (s) (jalapenos), cut into rings, seeds removed
- 220 g parmesan, rated
- 70 g cheddar cheese, coarsely rated, as a substitute for medieval Gouda
- 250 ml mayonnaise
- 3 chilli pepper (s), green, cut into rings, seeds removed
- 1 farmer`s bread (e), round, approx. 000 g

- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.
- Mix the jalapenos, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese or Gouda cheese, mayonnaise and chili peppers in a bowl.
- Cut a lid off the bread and hollow out the bread enough to form a bowl. Fill this bowl with the jalapeno cheese mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then take out and let cool down a little.
