Ingredients

  • 100 g chilli pepper (s) (jalapenos), hot and pureed
  • 200 g honey
  • 150 ml beer, no matter what kind
  • 0.5 ½ apple, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon, leveled preserving sugar, 3: 1
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, crushed with salt to form a paste
  • some spring onion (s), preferably the green in thin strips

Instructions

  1. First the jalapenos are cut up and processed into a mass with the hand blender and placed in a saucepan. The remaining ingredients, except for the preserving sugar, are added and then everything is reduced over a low heat. Shortly before the desired consistency, the preserving sugar is added to the hot pot and briefly boiled.
  2. Put everything nice and hot in a glass and close.
  3. Tastes especially good on grilled meat. Watch out, spicy!
