Japanese Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

300 g chicken breast
1 egg white
0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
some pepper

For the sauce:

30 g cornstarch
30 grams flour
some sesame
slice lemon (s)

Instructions

Cut the meat into pieces about 2 cm in size, place in a bowl, add salt, pepper and egg white and mix well. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
Squeeze the lemon and mix in a small bowl with the honey, water, soy sauce and a teaspoon of starch.
Add the flour and starch to the meat and mix well until the whole meat is well covered.
Heat the oil in a pan or saucepan (enough to cover the meat about halfway) and cook the nuggets for about 3 minutes on both sides. Let something drain on kitchen paper or something similar.
Stir the sauce mixture again and heat in a pan until it thickens and add the nuggets and turn in the sauce. To garnish, add some sesame seeds and, if necessary, lemon wedges.
