Instructions

  1. Cut the toast slices into sticks and fry them with a little butter over medium heat until crispy. Then fry the bacon. Stack the toast sticks on top of each other and place the bacon on top.
  2. Fry a fried egg in the pan and finally place it on the bacon and serve with the sliced spring onion.
