Jerchens Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
• 0.5 tablespoon ½ vinegar, (herb vinegar)
• 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
• 1 teaspoon herbs Provence, dried
• 3 tablespoons water
• 2 tablespoon onion (s), red (finely chopped)
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

1. Beat all the ingredients together and pour over the salad, e.g. iceberg or mixed salad with lettuce, pepper strips, cucumber, etc., and mix well.
2. For WW you only charge 1 P. for the oil, nothing else!
