  • 200 g Jerusalem artichoke
  • 200 g apples
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the Jerusalem artichoke and apples well (do not peel).
  2. Cut into thin slices with a fine slicer and decorate on the plate.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients for the dressing with a hand blender until the sauce becomes creamy. Put the sauce on the salad.
