  • 50 g mararine
  • 1 handful basil
  • 75 g walnuts
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the Jerusalem artichoke, then steam or cook until tender. Then drain if necessary and puree with margarine, nuts and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
