Ingredients

  • 600 g Jerusalem artichoke
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lime (s), juice it
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, milder
  • Seasoned Salt
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove (s), pressed through
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the Jerusalem artichoke and slice it into thin slices. Then blanch in a little salted water. Drain and let cool. Mix all remaining ingredients, fold in the Jerusalem artichoke slices and season to taste.
