Ingredients
- 600 g Jerusalem artichoke
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lime (s), juice it
- 1 teaspoon mustard, milder
- Seasoned Salt
- salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove (s), pressed through
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives, chopped

- Peel and wash the Jerusalem artichoke and slice it into thin slices. Then blanch in a little salted water. Drain and let cool. Mix all remaining ingredients, fold in the Jerusalem artichoke slices and season to taste.
