  • 50 g nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon spice mix (Dukkah - North African sesame spice)

Instructions

  1. Peel the Jerusalem artichoke and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put in a steamer, season with salt and cook for 15-20 minutes. Then toss the vegetables in the nut butter and serve sprinkled with dukkah.
