Ingredients

  • 4 slices hunting sausage, approx. 1 cm thick
  • Flour
  • 1 egg (s), whisked
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 150 ml water
  • 250 g ketchup
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g pasta, e.., Spirelli

Instructions

  1. Turn the slices of Jagdwurst sausage all around first in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan and fry until golden.
  2. For the sauce, melt the butter and stir in the tomato paste evenly, then add the flour while stirring. This is followed - also with stirring - water, then ketchup. Now the sauce is seasoned with sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and arrange everything together.
