Ingredients

  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • 50 g almond (s), chopped
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chili

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into finger-thick pieces, let them cook with a little water for a few minutes (5-10 minutes), they should still be firm to the bite / hard. Then puree everything together, season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli.
  2. Tastes great with pasta, whether warm or cold. Very tasty with grilled vegetables or fish.
