Ingredients
- 100 g almond (s), chopped
- 2 tablespoon honey, liquid
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- some vanilla sugar

- Grind the almonds in a moulinette or similar device so finely that the oil begins to seep out. Then add honey, salt and vanilla sugar to a small mixing bowl and stir well. Finally, use a hand blender to crush the last small pieces and to achieve a creamy consistency.
- Pour into a small jam jar.
