- 75 g almond (s), roasted
- sugar
- 20 g sunflower oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- vanilla
- cinnamon

- Chop the roasted almonds, homemade or bought, in the food processor. Mix with 15-20 g sunflower oil, add a pinch of salt and a little vanilla and / or cinnamon to taste. Pour into a screw-top jar and let it steep at least overnight.
