Ingredients

  • 0.75 liter ¾ juice (josta berry juice), cold, freshly juiced
  • 1 vanilla pod, the pulp it
  • 5 g citric acid
  • 1 kg preserving sugar, :

Instructions

  1. Mix the cold josta berry juice with the other ingredients and cook for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Pour boiling hot into well-cleaned twist-off glasses (boil the lids out beforehand!) And close tightly.
  3. Turn upside down for 5 minutes.
  4. This jelly is particularly suitable as a filling for Frankfurter Kranz.
