Ingredients
- 300 g butter
- 300 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 6 egg (s)
- 400 g flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 250 g quark, 20 or 40% fat
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 2 teaspoon, heaped cinnamon powder
- 200 g chocolate
- 400 g currants
- 225 g strawberry jam

- Wash the currants and pluck them from the stems. Coarsely grate the chocolate.
- Beat the softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour and baking powder, gradually pour through a fine sieve into the dough and work in thoroughly.
- Spread half of the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the chocolate evenly on top. Now put the currants on the dough.
- Divide the other half of the dough again into 2 equal portions. Mix one part with quark and the other with coconut flakes and cinnamon.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
- Use a spoon to alternately place small dabs of coconut-cinnamon batter, quark batter and jam on top of the currants. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
