Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 450 g flour
  • 150 g okara
  • some soy milk (soy drink), (soy drink)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In the bread maker: add all the ingredients and select the normal program (approx. 3 hours). Possibly add soy drink if the batter becomes too dry.
  2. Conventional method: knead all the ingredients. The dough is very sticky and soft. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 55 minutes.
  3. Note: The bread collapses a little after baking. In total it contains approx. 2140 kcal, 82 g protein, 38 g fat and 364 g carbohydrates.
  4. Okara is a by-product in the production of soy milk or tofu.
