- 200 g flour
- 150 g peanut butter
- 100 g butter
- 125 g suar
- 125 g suar, brown
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- some sugar, for coating

- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and peanut butter together for 1 minute with the electric mixer.
- Mix in the sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda well. Then add the egg and vanilla sugar. Gradually stir in the flour.
- Shape the dough into small balls (approx. 3 cm in diameter). Sprinkle a small pile of sugar on the countertop and roll the balls through until the sugar sticks evenly. Spread the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press flat once horizontally and once vertically with a fork.
- Bake at 190 ° C for 8 minutes. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tray, otherwise they will break quickly.
- Tip:
- Use chunky peanut butter and / or crumble 3 Snickers and add to the batter. Those who prefer them particularly soft and juicy can do without pressing them flat and bake them for just 7 minutes. Simply delicious!
