Juicy Pork Kebab (Two Marinades for Kebab)

Ingredients
Marinade with adjika:
- Adjika – 2-3 teaspoon.
- Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp
- Onions – 1-2 pcs.
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Marinade from ayran:
- Ayran – 0.5 l
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Separate the meat from the films and cut into medium pieces. Divide the meat into two equal parts.
- Cut the onion into half rings.
- Add onion, a little mayonnaise and a couple of tablespoons of adjika to the one plate with meat. Salt, pepper and mix a little.
- Add onion, pepper, salt to another plate with meat and fill the meat with ayran. Mix and set aside.
- Transfer the resulting meat into bags and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
- After this period of time, we cook pork kebab on the grill. It is very important not to overdo it so that the meat is juicy!
