Instructions

  1. Cut the prepared kale into fine strips. Sauté the finely chopped onions in hot fat, add the vegetables and fill up with hot liquid. Add pieces of meat and sausage and season with salt. Cook on a high fire for 1/4 hour, then on a low fire for another 60 minutes.
