  • 4 kg smoked pork, sliced
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 400 g cheese (Gouda), cut into strips
  • sugar
  • pepper
  • lots thyme

Instructions

  1. Place the Kassler in a fan shape on a baking sheet. Mix the crème fraiche, the sweet and the sour cream together with the tomato paste and the spices (use plenty of thyme) into a sauce. Then pour over the meat. Now distribute the sliced Gouda over the meat and the sauce.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
