Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless smoked pork pork
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 1 packet raisins
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cream
  • milk
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • Curry powder
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder or chili powder

Instructions

  1. Fry the smoked pork loin in the oil in a large saucepan. Then add the sauerkraut, the raisins and the potatoes, continue to fry briefly, then pour the cream over everything and add a little milk, but the meat must not be completely covered.
  2. Simmer on a low heat until the potatoes are done. Season to taste with the spices.
  3. Tastes even better the next day!
