Ingredients
- 400 g smoked pork (minute steak)
- 1 glass sauerkraut (butcher`s cabbage)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup beef broth, or vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
- 3 large potatoes
- salt and pepper
- mustard

- Slowly heat the butcher`s cabbage with the water and stock in a pot.
- Fry the Kassel minute steaks briefly and add. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and add. Squeeze the garlic clove and add. Let everything simmer for about 30 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you like, you can also add some mustard.
- Thicken a little depending on your taste.
