  • Eggplant – 2 pcs.
  • Zucchini – 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 5 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

  1. Let’s prepare for the necessary products. We need eggplants, tomatoes, zucchini, vegetable oil, salt. And certainly – wooden skewers.

  2. Wash the zucchini and cut into large slices.
  3. Wash the eggplants and also cut into large circles.
  4. Do the same with tomatoes: wash and chop.
  5. String vegetables alternately on a wooden skewer: zucchini, eggplant, tomato.
    Sprinkle them with salt, sprinkle with vegetable oil and send them to the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
