Ingredients

  • 500 g kebab
  • 2 onion (s), diced
  • 2 small leeks
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or made into a paste with salt in a mortar
  • 1 packet processed cheese
  • 1 pack herbal cream cheese
  • 2 cups cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 150 ml water
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped broth powder
  • Mold cheese, as needed
  • salt and pepper
  • Garam Masala

Instructions

  1. In a pan, season the kebab with salt, pepper and garam masala and fry until cooked through. Add an onion and the leek, cut into thin rings, and fry. After approx. 5 minutes, remove from the heat and deglaze with a dash of milk.
  2. Bring the remaining ingredients to the boil in a saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the contents of the pan and season to taste. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  3. I let the soup sit for another 10 minutes before serving.
