Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (s)
  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • 1 date (s), fresh
  • 5 tablespoon, heaped oat flakes, tender, or spelled flakes
  • 50 ml kefir
  • 150 ml oat milk (oat drink) (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 4 walnuts

Instructions

  1. Grind the banana, apple, date, spelled or oat flakes with the oat milk, kefir and a pinch of cinnamon in a blender and mix well. Warm the mixture in the pot slowly and then let it swell a little.
  2. Serve with walnuts.
