  • 1 chicken
  • 1 packet corn flakes
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 80 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, hot or chili powder
  • 50 grams flour

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken. Whisk the egg with the cream, salt, pepper and the paprika or chili powder. Mash the cornflakes in a bowl or crumble them into small pieces while still in the package (small pieces should still be visible, so not floury).
  2. Turn the chicken pieces in flour, then add to the egg mixture and coat thoroughly, then add to the cornflakes, making sure that the breading is even.
  3. Then fry the chicken pieces in the deep fryer for about 10 minutes. Then the parts can be cooked in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius in around 45 minutes.
  4. French fries and coleslaw go well with this.
