Khachapuri

A step-by-step recipe for khachapuri – well, no comment here. Georgian cuisine is beyond competition :))))

Ingredients

Suluguni cheese (depending on how much dough you have at your disposal – so that the whole dough could be covered with an even layer of cheese)

Directions

  1. Prepare the dough (the recipe for the link in the products), divide it in two and roll it out thinly enough.
  2. Cut the cheese and spread it evenly on the dough.
  3. Cover the top with the second rolled layer of dough.
  4. We pinch the edges, pierce with a fork over the entire surface and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Cut into pieces. Enjoy :)))
