Ingredients
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 1 cucumber (s), peeled decoratively
- 1 bunch radishes
- 2 cups sour cream
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon (s)
- salt and pepper
- Herb

- Remove the stalk from the iceberg, halve, quarter and cut into fine strips. Wash and spin lettuce.
- Wash and clean the peppers and cut into pleasant pieces.
- Peel the cucumber decoratively (wash beforehand) I peel it offset so that green stripes can still be seen, cut into thin slices.
- Clean, wash and slice the radishes.
- Mix the salad ingredients in a bowl.
- Put the sour cream in another bowl and stir. Press in the garlic cloves. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the sour cream. Mix well and season with salt, pepper and herbs (I use garden herbs).
- Add the dressing to the salad ingredients immediately before serving and mix until everything is wetted.
- We also have walnut ciabatta.
