Ingredients
- 1 bag dumplings, (mini dumplings)
- 250 g chicken, shredded
- 1 onion (s), white
- 1 onion (s), red
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 10 cherry tomato (s)
- 1 bottle cream, semi-fat (e.g. Rama Culiness for cooking)
- Chicken seasoning
- salt and pepper
- Herb
- Garlic granules, (or fresh)
- 1 tablespoon oil or other frying fat
- 1 ½ liters water

- Peel the onions and dice them a little coarsely. Quarter the tomatoes (halve again if necessary) and remove the stems, cut the spring onions into rings.
- Put the sliced meat in a bowl and season well with chicken seasoning.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil and sauté the onions, browning them lightly.
- Remove the onions and, if necessary add a little more fat, sear the meat all around.
- In between, bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Return the onions to the meat. Pour in the cream and bring to the boil.
- Put the mini dumplings in the water and let simmer for 7 minutes over a medium heat.
- Add the tomatoes and spring onions to the meat and add the spices to taste.
- If fresh garlic is used, fry it with the onions.
- Drain the dumplings and add them to the pan with the meat and then serve.
- We also have a mixed salad.
- Variant:
- Fry the diced paprika after the onions and sauté and then add instead of the tomatoes or in addition. Mushrooms should go very well with it, as well as zucchini.
- Spaetzle or rice also taste good as a side dish.
