King Oyster Mushrooms with Bacon

• 250 g kin oyster mushrooms
• 250 g bacon
• olive oil
• 2 spring onion (s)
• 100 g cream
• 1 bunch parsley

Instructions

1. Heat a pan with oil in it. Add chopped spring onions and diced bacon and fry. Add the king oyster mushrooms.
2. Add the cream, parsley, salt and pepper and season to taste. Let simmer until the sauce is hot.
