Ingredients

  • 1 kg king oyster mushrooms, fresh, cleaned
  • 500 g taliatelle
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente and then drain.
  2. Fry the king oyster mushrooms in the butter, then briefly fry 3/4 of the parsley at the end.
  3. Remove the king oyster mushrooms, add the noodles to the gravy and stir well. Garnish with the remaining parsley and serve.
