Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the prawns. Puree the basil leaves with 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a blender or with a magic wand and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the shrimp in a fan shape (butterfly), fry in 4 tablespoons of oil and with the garlic in a non-stick pan over medium heat for about 6 minutes. Halve or quarter the tomatoes depending on their size, then add to the prawns and cook for 1 minute. Serve the oil separately or drizzle over the portions.
  3. Vanilla onions go well with it (also found in my recipes).

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
