  • 1 baking powder
  • 125 ml milk
  • 150 g currants
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g lemon peel
  • 100 g orane peel
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 100 g almond (s), whole
  • 1 lemon (s), the zest

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy. Mix in the flour with the baking powder and the milk. Then add all the spices to the batter.
  2. Pour the dough into a bundt pan or loaf pan.
  3. It should be noted that the cake batter is still rising in the mold. After about 20 minutes the upper skin should be scratched with a sharp knife, it will then keep a nicer shape.
  4. Bake at medium heat (approx. 200 ° C) for about 60 - 75 minutes. Use a wooden stick to check that the cake is well baked.
