Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 g mararine / butter
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 6 egg whites
  • 200 g mararine / butter
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 200 g semolina
  • 200 g suar
  • 500 ml milk
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

  1. Make a dough from ingredients 1 to 5 and spread on a greased baking tray.
  2. Melt the margarine in a saucepan, then stir in the sugar, semolina and desiccated coconut. Finally, fold in the egg whites that have been beaten into snow.
  3. Spread this mixture on the dough and bake the cake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden yellow.
  4. Take the cake on the oven and immediately spread the boiling milk on the hot cake.
  5. Now let the cake cool down and cover with chocolate icing.
