Ingredients

  • 3 kiwi (s)
  • 1 pear (s)
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 200 g preservin suar, (2: 1)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)

Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwi and pear, cut into pieces, puree, mix with the preserving sugar and let the juice steep.
  2. Peel the banana, cut into slices, add and cook uncovered for about 6 minutes at 600 watts. Stir 1-2 times halfway through the cooking time.
  3. Pour the slightly cooled jam into small jars with screw caps. Close well.
  4. Bring water to the boil in a large saucepan and boil the glasses in the boiling water for about 15 minutes.
  5. Let cool down - done!
  6. Tip: Please use microwave-safe dishes.
