- 0.5 ½ banana (s)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 400 g suar
- 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), red
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- salt
- pepper
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander, ground
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry

- Cut the kiwi and banana into small pieces. Mix with the other ingredients and reduce, stirring constantly, until the chutney has a viscous consistency. Pour chutney into jars and refrigerate for 4-6 weeks before consuming.
