Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwi, cut into cubes and simmer in a saucepan until they are cooked to a sauce. Then pass the kiwi.
  2. Let the fruits, the preserving sugar and the grated lemon peel boil until they boil.
  3. After a few minutes, pour into glasses and close.
