- 250 g kiwi (s)
- 250 g mano (s), sliced and weihed
- 2 sprigs peppermint
- 250 g preservin suar (2: 1)

- Cut the kiwis and mango into small pieces and puree. Mix with the preserving sugar and add the peppermint sprigs.
- Bring to the boil in a saucepan and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Fish out the peppermint and pour the jam into jars that have been rinsed with hot water. Let it steep for five minutes.
