Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi (s)
  • 1 mango (s)
  • 600 g strawberries, approx.
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwi, quarter it to cut out the hard stalk in the middle and then cut the kiwi into small pieces.
  2. Also cut the mango into small pieces.
  3. Take as many strawberries that you have a total of 1 kg of fruit (that`s about 600 g of strawberries). Wash, clean and chop the strawberries.
  4. Pour the preserving sugar over the fruit, stir and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  5. Then bring to the boil in a saucepan and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Then pour directly into jam jars.
  7. Makes about 6 glasses (200 ml).
