Ingredients

  • 2 kg kiwi (s)
  • 2 orange (n), (navel)
  • 500 g preservin suar, 3: 1
  • 2 vanilla pod (s)

Instructions

  1. Fillet the oranges, also collecting the juice.
  2. Peel the kiwi fruit, remove the woody stem. Oranges and kiwis together should be 1500g (oranges approx. 300g).
  3. Chop the fruit well with the magic wand.
  4. Stir in the preserving sugar and add the pulp of 2 vanilla pods. Also add the scraped out pods.
  5. Bring everything together to the boil, stirring constantly, and let it simmer for 4 minutes.
  6. After the jelly test, remove the vanilla pods and pour the jam into the prepared jars. Close jars tightly immediately.
