Ingredients

  • 60 g butter, soft
  • 125 g suar, brown
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 60 g flour
  • 50 g almond (s), round
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter and sugar for approx. 4 minutes until foamy. Stir in the cinnamon, salt and gradually stir in the flour. Add the almonds and water, stir everything briefly.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Form approx. 1.5 cm balls with moistened hands. Place about 5 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees on the middle rack for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Take out and place on a wire rack with the baking paper. Let cool down.
