Ingredients

  • 1 small kohlrabi
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil or butter
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and carrots and cut into pieces. I make pens 1/2 cm x 1/2 cm by 2 cm in length.
  2. Finely dice the onion and sauté in the oil until translucent. Add the cut vegetables and pour the broth over them. Simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes with the lid on, then simmer for 5 minutes without the lid. Stir in the cream cheese and season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  3. Before serving, spread the finely chopped parsley over the vegetables.
