  • 500 g kohlrabi
  • 120 g potato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • Curry powder
  • turmeric
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 350 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes, also the kohlrabi. Chop the onions and garlic and sauté in the oil for about 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk and the broth and let everything simmer for about 25 minutes. Puree the soup and season with the spices.
