Ingredients

  • 150 g peanuts, roasted and salted or cashew nuts
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 500 g kohlrabi

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the carrots and kohlrabi. Briefly toast the peanuts in a pan without fat. Mix the carrots, kohlrabi and peanuts together.
  2. For the dressing, finely dice the onion and mash the garlic. Mix the sour cream, onion, garlic and lemon juice together. Season with cayenne pepper.
  3. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
