  • 1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 200 g ham
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Let the kohlrabi cook in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain in the sieve and catch the water. Flour and softened butter with kohlrabi liquid while stirring to boil.
