Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the kohlrabi and potatoes. Cook the kohlrabi and potatoes together in well-salted water for 30 minutes. Dump and stamp. Add the butter, nutmeg, pepper and cream, stir in and season to taste.
  2. Fry the sausage and arrange and serve both.
