  • 2 large kohlrabi
  • 2 potato (s)
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 500 ml vegetable stock, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • some crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the vegetables. Put in a saucepan and add enough vegetable stock until everything is well covered, then let it boil until everything is cooked through.
  2. Puree everything with a hand blender, add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve the creme fraîche with the soup.
