Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon carrot (s)
  • 1 tablespoon onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon spring onion (s), alternatively cucumber
  • some salt, about 0.5 teaspoon
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper, optional
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Oil your choice

Instructions

  1. First put the eggs in a bowl with the tablespoon of milk and salt. Beat with a whisk. Strain the egg mixture through a sieve. Cut the vegetables into cubes and add them. Only pepper if you want!
  2. Put a little oil in a pan. Put half of the mixture in the pan and fry. Then roll up halfway and add something on the free side. When it`s fried, roll it up again a little. Do this until everything is used up. Let cool, then cut into pieces and you`re done!
