  • Lamb – 600 g
  • Rice – 250 g
  • Pumpkin – 70 g
  • Fresh chili pepper – 20 g
  • Onions – 70 g
  • Carrots – 70 g
  • Olive oil – 50 g
  • Garlic – 1 head
  • Fresh thyme – 5 g
  • Spices for pilaf – 15 g
  • Salt (sea) – to taste
  • A mixture of 5 peppers – to taste
  • Italian herbs to taste

Lamb Pilaf with Pumpkin (in a Slow Cooker) Instructions

  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a slow cooker. Add rice.
  2. Cut the lamb into medium pieces and add to the slow cooker. Add diced carrots and chopped chili peppers. Season with spices for pilaf.

  3. Add chopped onions and diced pumpkin. Add fresh thyme leaves.
  4. Place whole garlic in the middle. Season with sea salt, pepper mix, and Italian herbs.
  5. Add a little more olive oil and 3 glasses of water. Turn on the multicooker in the “Normal” mode. Lamb pilaf in a slow cooker is ready.
