Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lamb salmon, pat dry and rub salt and pepper. Cut the garlic cloves into slices. Place the garlic slices and tomatoes in a baking dish. Sear the lamb salmon and place in the baking dish. Sprinkle everything with sugar, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Fry in a preheated oven at 250 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 230 ° C) for about 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and cover and let rest for about 10 minutes.
